This pattern uses US terms

Abbreviations:

MR - magic ring

sc - single crochet

inc - increase - 2 sc in the same stitch

dc - double crochet

trc - treble crochet

sl st - slip stitch

ch - chain

hdc - half double crochet

yo - yarn over

blo - back loop only

fo - fasten off

Pattern: 

Working in continuous rounds

MR

Round 1: (sc) x 5

Round 2: (inc) x 5

Round 3 (in blo): (sl st, hdc, dc, trc (all in the same stitch)), (trc, dc, hdc, sl st (all in the same stitch)) x 5, sl st to first sl st and fo

Re-attach in the 10th stitch from round 2, using front loops from round 2: ch 2, (dc) x 10 - make sure your stitches are neater on the outside, sl st to top of chain 2.
