Crochet Diamond knit

If you want to use this diamond knit pattern, then you just insert it within the project you are already making for example a jumper or a cardigan.

Abbreviations used:

This pattern uses US terms

dc - double crochet

ch-chain

dtrc - double treble crochet

sk st - skip stitch

Row 1: (dc) x 10, ch2 and turn

Row 2: (dc) x 10, ch2 and turn

Row 3: (dc) x 2, dtrc around fifth post (from row 1), sk st, (DC) x 4, dtrc around the fifth post (from row 1), (dc) x 2, ch2, turn

Row 4: (dc) x 10, ch 2, turn

Row 5: (dc) x 4, dtrc (around left dtrc post below), dtrc (around right dtrc post below), (sk st) x 2, (dc) x 4, ch2, turn

Row 6: (dc) x 10, ch2, turn

Row 7: (dc) x 2, dtrc (around point of diamond), sk st, (dc) x 4, sk st, dtrc (around point of diamond, (dc) x 2, ch2, turn

Repeat rows 4 - 7 until desired length
