This pattern uses US terms

Abbreviations:

MR - magic ring

sc - single crochet

inc - increase - 2 sc in the same stitch

dc - double crochet

trc - treble crochet

sl st - slip stitch

ch - chain

hdc - half double crochet

yo - yarn over

dc3tog - double crochet three together - yo and put your hook in the first stitch, yo and pull back out of stitch, yo pull through two loops then STOP, yo and put your hook in the next stitch, yo and pull back out of stitch, yo pull through two loops and STOP, yo put your hook in the third stitch, yo pull back out of stitch, yo pull through two loops, then yo and pull through remaining loops.

MR

Round 1: 6sc in to MR, 

Round 2: (inc) x 6,

Round 3: (sc, inc) x 6

Round 4: ((sc, dc, trc) x 1, (trc, dc, sc) x 1, sl st) x 6,

Round 5: ch 8, sl st into sl st in previous round (between petals) x 6

Round 6: sl st into chain space, ch3, (dc) x 9, (in next chain space (dc) x 10) x 5, sl st to join to 3rd chain (60)

Round 7: ch6, trc into same stitch, trc, dc, (hdc) x2, (sc) x3,  hdc, dc, hdc, (sc)x 3,  hdc, ch3,

(hdc) x 5, (sc) x5, hdc, (dc) x 2, (trc) x 2, ch3,

(trc) x 2, dc, (hdc) x2, (sc) x 3,  hdc, dc, hdc, (sc) x 3, hdc, ch3,

(hdc) x 5, (sc) x 5, hdc, (dc) x 3, sl st into 3rd chain
